Warranty

  • A cowboy cauldron is meant to last. They are also meant to be loved. If you order a Cauldron from us and don't like it, you can return it to Cowboy Cauldron within 60 days for a full refund, no questions asked. It is a gamble that you will have to bear the return shipping charges, but so far thousands of cauldrons have been sold and only one has gone back. It's a pretty safe bet. All cauldrons are unconditionally warranted for one year from the date of purchase. Replacement parts are seldom requested but are available. Most replacements come from parts being lost or destroyed (e.g. running over grill). If you are using a cauldron so much that you actually wear something out (an it won't be the basin, we can assure you), know that we are here to take care of you. 

Shipping

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

 

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@yardandkitchen.com.

Use it as much as our bbq grill

We bought our Dude a little over a year ago and have used it to just sit around and have a campfire and have also cooked on it. It works great for both and all of our friends leave wanting to get one. Looking forward to more experimenting with cooking with it in the future.
